Expo opened the online function for the first time.
With the organizing of Shanghai Expo, the organizers and exhibitors overcame several kinds of difficulties, using 3d architectual model, online basis and interactive multimedia technology to provide visitor to visit and experience the parks, exhibition hall and exhibition items on the internet. Currently, internet hall can be divided into two types as browsing and experience. According to incomplete statistics, the number of Internet Expo exhibition hall will be more than 350, and experience hall takes one-third of halls.
